Terms of Service
Payment
Payment is currently only accepted through PayPal or Ko-Fi.After a commission has been accepted, a sketch will be drawn. Upon approval of sketch then payment will be requested. Only upon confirmation of payment will lining and/or colouring begin.Commissions for commercial use will be charged a one off commercial usage fee.
For UI commissions this will be included in base prices listed.
Requesting Commissions
There are two ways to request a commission.
1. Submit a request form with all details.
2. Make a request on Ko-fi.(Please note Ko-fi will take full payment on making the request, so I would recommend reaching out in advance either through the form or on Ko-fi.)You are more than welcome to message me on other platforms, and I will happily answer questions. However I will direct you to one of those two requesting methods at the point you are ready to make your request.
Reference Policy
You must have adequate references for your commission. This is preferably in the form of a sketch, drawing or picrews of your character. The more detail that can be provided will ensure that I am able to capture your characters properly.Please do not provide AI created references.
Art Usage Policy
I withhold the right to post and use any commissions for examples and promo. If you wish to be tagged in any social media posts, please provide account details to be tagged.If you share your commission online, you must not claim it as your own and must give proper credit.If you wish to be able to use my art without the signature, you must discuss this from the beginning of the commission process, and there will be an additional non-attribution fee added to the overall cost.Commissions MUST NOT be used for AI in any capacity.
Edits
Edits will only be allowed to be requested during the sketching stage, and this can include up to three major edits (e.g. drastically changing the poses).An additional charge may be incurred for following requests for edits in both the sketch and rendering phases.
Order/Time
Commissions are done in the order that they are received, and upon requesting your commission I will let you know how many commissions are before you.How long a commission can take depends on multiple factors such as complexity, day to day life and the order. If there is a certain time you need a commission completed by, please inform me as part of the initial commission conversation/request so I can let you know feasibility.You can check in with me at any time for an update, and once your commission has been started I will send updates every time I work on the commission. However, I ask that you be aware that I am just one human with a full-time job outside of commissions and please be patient with me.
Final Pieces
Final pieces will first be confirmed through DMs, and then a google drive link will be provided containing the final png images.I do not provide the CSP file.
I will NOT draw
NSFW art - I will consider art that is more suggestive, so do feel free to enquire and I can let you know whether your idea is something I'd be comfortable drawing.
Gore - Blood and minimal injuries are fine
Pairings/topics - Such as minor x adult, b/stiality, bigoted content (anti lgbt+ content, racist content, etc.)Outside of these, I reserve the right to refuse any commission no matter my reasoning.
